Deposit policy

A payment card is required to confirm your appointment. Your card will be charged, at the time of booking, 20% of the total amount of your scheduled treatment(s) , and the remaining balance will be charged at the end of your treatment(s).

24-hour cancellation policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a late fee, which is equal to 50% of the total amount of the scheduled treatment(s).

Late arrival at appointment policy

To respect the time of other clients and therapist, we ask you to be on time for your appointment. Clients who arrive late will have their treatment time shortened to finish at the planned original time. Clients who arrive more than 30 minutes late will forfeit their appointment and will result in a late fee, which is equal to 50% of the amount of scheduled treatment.

No-show policy

If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged a late fee, which is equal to 50% of the amount of the missed treatment(s).

Salon cancellation policy

We may have to cancel a client’s appointment because of sickness or unforeseen circumstances. This policy explains what clients should expect in this circumstance. Should such a cancellation occur, a new appointment will be scheduled based on availability or the client’s deposit refunded shall the client prefer not to reschedule.

Exceptional circumstances

Late fees may be waived in case of medical emergencies, family emergencies, or severe weather conditions.  In the event of any of these circumstances, you may be allowed to reschedule without penalty if you inform us as soon as possible and have not had no-shows or late cancellation in the previous 6 months.
